ALLA ROMANA STYLE ARTICHOKES WITH STEM

Considered our flagship, the Roman style artichokes with stem are processed by hand during the months of March and April, trimmed raw leaving the stem.

The artichokes are cooked in olive oil with garlic and parsley, this traditional cooking process is called “Trifolatura”, and then they are used for the different formats. Thanks to the quality of the raw ingredients and to the processing done when the artichokes are fresh, the result is an excellent product, perfect to serve as appetizer.
